1. Return and Exchange Policy

Mirasl offers exchange services under the following terms and conditions:

  • Customers are advised not to accept parcels that appear damaged, tampered with, or unsealed at the time of delivery.
  • Articles may be exchanged once within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to availability and within the same category.
  • To qualify for an exchange, items must:
    • Be unused and unwashed
    • Be in original condition
    • Have all tags and labels attached
    • Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
  • Exchanges will not be accepted for articles that:
    • Show signs of use or washing
    • Are damaged due to mishandling
    • Have missing tags or packaging
    • Have not been cared for according to product instructions
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability within the same category.
  • All returned articles are inspected upon arrival. Mirasl reserves the right to decline exchanges if the products do not meet the required conditions.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team immediately after receiving your parcel.
  • Accessories, discounted items, promotional products, and sale articles are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

2. Refund Policy

Mirasl currently does not offer cash refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases approved by our support team.

Refund Terms:

  • Refunds are not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds may be issued as:
    • Store credit
    • Coupon voucher
    • Payment reversal for prepaid orders (where applicable)

Refund Processing:

For prepaid orders, approved refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. If your refund has not been received within the mentioned timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider before reaching out to our support team.

3. Shipping Policy

Mirasl delivers nationwide across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are exclusive of the product sale price and will be charged separately at checkout based on the delivery location.

Exchange Shipping: For exchange requests, customers may be required to courier the article back to the return address shared by our support team.

Shipping Responsibility: Mirasl will cover shipping costs only in cases where:

  • An incorrect article was delivered
  • The article received was damaged or defective
  • The order was incomplete

In all other exchange cases, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines for exchanged articles may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

4. Lost Shipment Policy

Mirasl closely tracks shipments through our courier partners to help ensure timely delivery. However, delivery delays caused by courier operations or external circumstances may occasionally occur.
