1. Estimated Delivery Time

Within Pakistan

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation and dispatch.

International Orders

Worldwide deliveries generally take 10–12 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

Pakistan Deliveries

Standard nationwide shipping charges: PKR 300
Shipping charges are exclusive of the product sale price and are charged separately at checkout.

International Deliveries

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and courier rates.
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid separately by the customer, according to the regulations of the destination country.

3. Payment And Delivery Guidelines

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, payment will be collected only upon delivery at the shipping address.
Customers are advised not to transfer or pay any amount before the courier arrives.
Mirasl will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by unauthorized payments or fraudulent activities.
Prepaid Orders

Customers should not make any cash payment to delivery riders for prepaid orders.
